La doctorat au dreptul sa se înscrie absolventi ai invatamantuluii universitar de lunga durata cu diploma de inginer sau cu diplome echivalente acesteia.

Doctoratul se organizeaza cu frecventa si fara frecventa.

Durata doctoratului la forma cu frecventa este de 4 ani, iar la forma fara frecventa este maximum 6 ani. Structura programului de pregatire la doctorat prevede sustinerea a 3 examene si 3 referate, iar la forma cu frecventa pe langa obligatiile mentionate se impune frecventarea a minim 4 cursuri si a seminariilor aferente acestor cursuri stabilite de conducatorul de doctorat.

Taxa de scolarizare este de 340 $/luna pentru doctorat cu frecventa si 340 $/examen sau referat si 845 $ sustinerea publica a tezei la forma de doctorat fara frecventa.
